• Guest Speaker – Delivering/hosting assemblies with our learners to give them insightful knowledge on your industry and career opportunities.

• Recruitment Support – Advertise job roles, such as apprenticeships, on our website.
• Mock Interviews – Hold mock interviews with our learners.
• Thank you event – An invite to attend our annual employer thank you/awards event.
• Careers Events – Support The JCB Academy with our careers events/fairs.
• Industry Placement – Offer our learners Industry Placements for a minimum of 45 days across two-years.
