- Careers Events – Support The JCB Academy with our careers events/fairs.
- Industry Placement – Offer our learners Industry Placements for a minimum of 45 days across two-years.
- Staff development – Support the academy with staff development days to give us an insight into your organisation.
- Learner Workshops/Challenges – Engage our learners in workshops or set them challenges to complete, see their potential in your sector.
- Curriculum – Support us with the development of curriculum where we can include real working problems for our learners to help solve.
