It’s World Book Day at The JCB Academy and we’ve got lots going on:
- Staff and learners can dress up as their favourite book character.
- Learners can share their book reviews with others, to inspire others to read.
- Blind date witha book – learners get to choose a book by reading our custom made descriptive labels which wrap around the book.
- Guess the Teacher – a game for learners to take par in where they have to link a book with a teacher.
- Design a book cover.
- Enjoy a story throughout the day – At the beginning of every lesson learners will hear a part of a story read by their teacher. By the end of he day the full story will be read and they’ll find out the end.
