Georgia Turner - Sixth Form Results Image

Georgia Turner (pictured above) from Denstone achieved A*, A* and a B in Engineering, Physics and Mathematics and has secured a place at Loughborough university to study engineering and sport. Georgia said: “I am relieved and chuffed, and the teachers are amazing in knowing how to push me with the correct support”.

Georgia’s parent Suzanne Turner said: “I am extremely delighted with Georgia’s results. The teachers have got the best out of her and I encourage all parents to send their children to the JCB Academy”.


Ross Oakley from Rugeley achieved A*A* and A in BTEC Business and ICT and will study Marketing at Aston University. Ross said: “I am delighted because I never expected these results, but the traveling and hard work is all worth it today. The Academy’s teaching staff and partners have given me a valuable insight into the world of business”.


Harrison Broomhall achieved A*, A* and a B and is studying Economics at Durham University. Harrison said: “I am really happy and proud, and it is good to know the hard work does pay off. I have enjoyed all my time here and with the support of superb and extremely supportive teachers I got what I needed”.


Elise Leahy from Ipstones, Stoke on Trent an engineering learner achieved A*A and B is going to Nottingham University to study Mathematics. Elise said: “I am absolutely ecstatic, I wouldn’t have done better anywhere else and the teachers are so amazing. Hard work and the opportunities I have had at the JCB Academy have helped me achieve my results today”.


Megan Goodfellow from Littleover in Derby, who gained an A, B and a C, has secured her Higher Apprenticeship with Jaguar Land Rover, said: “I’m so happy with my results! The JCB Academy has helped start my amazing career at Jaguar Land Rover.”
