The learners and staff had an amazing visit to JCB Ballabgarh followed by visiting a local school and a village nearby that has been supported by the Lady Bamford Charitable Trust. The plant is making 110 JCB Backhoes everyday to help improve their near 80% market share in India. The work being done in the school and village to increase skills and self sufficiency is truly a humbling experience to behold.
