Charity fundraiser – 2019 cake sale
The JCB Academy are raising money today for the Alzheimer’s Society with a cake sale. The event has been organised by sixth form learners as part of their annual Rag Week. Learners will also have a non-uniform day tomorrow, donating £1 to the charity.
World Mental Health Day 2019
Yesterday The JCB Academy helped to raise awareness for world mental health day with staff (learner support team pictured) choosing to wear something yellow. ‘You never know what people are going through and sometimes the people with the biggest smiles are struggling the most, SO BE KIND’. #HelloYellow
