Your industry placement will be a student from The JCB Academy Sixth Form. Working with the employer, we will agree a candidate criteria and a schedule for the 45 day placement. The placement can take place in blocks, individual days or a mix of both.
In the early stages of their studies, students will choose various companies who they’d like to undertake their placement with. The JCB Academy Sixth Form will then shortlist the most appropriate candidates for the interview stages with the employee.
