Your Right to Appeal

It is important to understand that successful appeals are typically based on specific grounds, such as an error in The JCB Academy’s admission procedures or failure to adhere to the published admissions policy. Therefore, unless there has been a procedural mistake, submitting an appeal may not result in a different outcome. If you have extenuating or exceptional circumstances and wish to make an appeal, please visit https://www.staffordshire.gov.uk/Education/Admissionappeals/home.aspx

In-Year Transfer

If you believe your situation warrants an in-year transfer, please apply in writing to the Principal, providing detailed reasons for your request. Note that email applications are not accepted; a formal letter is required. The academy maintains a waiting list for oversubscribed applications until 31 December of each academic year. Any in-year transfers will only be considered after the waiting list is closed on December 31st. However, you may submit your request at any time.
