We were delighted to welcome back Adam Burgess, Olympic canoe slalom athlete, to The JCB Academy last week! 🏅💪
Adam has previously inspired our learners with his motivational talks and even helped launch our fantastic paddle boarding extra-curricular activity. This time, he returns to share more of his incredible journey, offering insight into resilience, determination, and what it takes to achieve success at the highest level.
Adam recently secured a silver medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and has also achieved five ICF Canoe Slalom World Championship medals (two silver, three bronze) as well as multiple European Championship podium finishes. His journey to the top is one of perseverance and passion, and we can’t wait for him to inspire our learners once again!
