Drop Down Day – May

On Friday, Y9 & Y10 learners had a drop down day, taking time off from their studies in the classroom. Year 9 learners had a day trip to Chester Zoo as part of their biology work and Year 10 learners chose from Ashcroft Park, Carsington Water, Fast Lane Karting, Ninja Warrior, Ice Skating, Cinema, Stoke Ski Centre & Inflato.

Passive Smartphone Amplifiers

Year 10 learners are currently finishing off their passive smartphone amplifiers in their product design lesson. Learners start with hand drawn sketches and look at material options and practicality.
