Academy Expectations

At The JCB Academy, we operate in a professional, business-like environment where high standards are the norm. These expectations are in place to ensure productive learning, the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our community, and to reflect the workplace behaviours valued by our employer partners.

We are not just developing subject knowledge, we are shaping the professional attitudes and behaviours that will help you thrive in your future career. At all times, we expect our learners to follow the 3 P’s: Positive, Present, and Polite. These principles form the foundation of our culture and guide everything we do.

To maintain a safe and productive environment, we have clear non-negotiables. These provide straightforward guidance on what is expected. Please note that breaches of these non-negotiables will result in sanctions in line with our Behaviour Policy.
