Bus Route Change Requests
If you need to request a change to your learner’s agreed bus route, please follow these guidelines:
- Submit your request at least 3 working days in advance.
- Changes will only be authorised under exceptional circumstances, such as work commitments or medical appointments.
- We aim to process requests within 48 hours and will confirm the decision promptly.
For insurance and safety reasons, learners are not permitted to change routes, pick-up points, or drop-off points without prior approval.
